Software Trainer

Job Summary

Providing training and implementation of eServices to customers, the full-time remote Software Trainer will facilitate training sessions, maintain documentation, and ensure exceptional customer service while achieving productivity goals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate remote training calls using standardized curriculum for new and existing customers
• Document training sessions and maintain an updated calendar for follow-up sessions
• Collaborate with the Implementation team to coordinate training sessions and assist with technical issues

Required qualifications

• Typically 4 or more years of related experience in training or the dental industry
• High School diploma required; vocational training or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve complex issues
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
