Software Training Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance training delivery, the full-time remote Software Training Consultant will develop and implement training programs, provide classroom and web-based instruction, and support end-users during system updates and go-lives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training content, ensuring alignment with business goals and evaluating training effectiveness
• Provide classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to technical staff and end-users on software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and address performance issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies preferred
• Proficiency in administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) is a plus
