Software Training Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance training delivery and support organizational initiatives, the full-time remote Software Training Consultant will develop and deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training for technical staff, ensuring curriculum accuracy and optimizing end-user system proficiency during application enhancements and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop training materials and curricula, ensuring alignment with business unit goals
• Provide end-user support during system go-lives and application upgrades, addressing performance feedback and improvement opportunities
• Conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure business needs are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Education, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in training delivery, curriculum design, and training development and evaluation, or eight years of relevant experience in a directly related field
• Proficiency in adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Experience with eLearning development tools and virtual learning technologies (preferred)
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMSs) (preferred)
