Key responsibilities
- Lead software verification activities and manage a team of Software Test Engineers and SDETs
- Define verification strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage across various testing types
- Develop and approve verification plans, protocols, and controlled quality documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in software testing, verification, or quality assurance roles
- 5+ years of management experience in software verification or related teams
- Experience supporting regulated medical software products
- Strong understanding of software verification methodologies and quality practices
