Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solana Blockchain Engineer to lead the development of on-chain trading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deploy high-performance smart contracts on the Solana blockchain focused on trading infrastructure
• Develop core on-chain components including RFQ systems, AMMs, and intent-based execution protocols while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Optimize smart contracts and supporting systems for latency, throughput, and transaction cost to enhance user experience

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in software development, with at least 2 years of experience in Rust
• Proven experience in building production Solana programs that have handled significant funds
• Strong understanding of DeFi, trading systems, and smart contract risks
• Highly motivated and passionate about building blockchain protocols
• English language mastery in both spoken and written forms
