Solar CAD Technician
Job Summary
Supporting an assigned group of engineers, the full-time Solar CAD Technician will provide technical drafting support and create construction drawings/designs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and draft projects within the Solar department
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and timely project completion
- Learn and apply knowledge of PV designs and related software as needed
Required qualifications
- Two-year technical degree in Technical Drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
- Familiarity with PVFARM, PVCase, or other utility-scale PV software is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Permanent authorization to work in the US
