Job Summary

Serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners in the New Homes Program, the full-time Solar Customer Advisor will guide clients through the onboarding and activation process, addressing questions and ensuring a seamless experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for homeowners during onboarding and activation
  • Educate customers on utilizing and monitoring their solar systems effectively
  • Proactively manage customer inquiries related to system activation and ongoing support
Required qualifications
  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and navigating CRM platforms
  • Customer service experience or related client-facing role
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable, high-speed Internet access and a quiet work environment
