Job Summary
Serving as the primary point of contact for homeowners in the New Homes Program, the full-time Solar Customer Advisor will guide clients through the onboarding and activation process, addressing questions and ensuring a seamless experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for homeowners during onboarding and activation
- Educate customers on utilizing and monitoring their solar systems effectively
- Proactively manage customer inquiries related to system activation and ongoing support
Required qualifications
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and navigating CRM platforms
- Customer service experience or related client-facing role
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable, high-speed Internet access and a quiet work environment
