Solar Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solar Engineering Manager to lead technical strategy and engineering projects for solar and energy storage initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preliminary layouts, energy modeling, and conceptual designs for solar projects
• Conduct comprehensive QA/QC of designs to ensure consistency, constructability, and code compliance
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage engineering tasks and deliverables throughout project lifecycles

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of engineering or project engineering experience in solar PV or related sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems and electrical design principles
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and PV modeling software
• Demonstrated experience with PVsyst or equivalent tools for modeling and analysis
