Job Summary

Working remotely in a detail-oriented operational role, the Solar Monitoring Specialist will monitor solar system performance, manage post-install workflows, and support activation, funding, and project close-out processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor residential solar system performance using Tesla, Qcells, and Enphase platforms
• Manage project close-out processes and ensure documentation accuracy
• Collaborate with installation, service, customer experience, finance, and operations teams

Required qualifications

• Experience in residential solar operations
• Experience using Tesla, Qcells, and Enphase monitoring platforms
• Strong understanding of solar monitoring workflows and system performance
• Experience managing close-out documentation and project milestones
• Familiarity with solar funding workflows and requirements
