Solar Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Site Survey Review department, the remote SSR Operations Specialist will manage operational tasks, resolve project issues, and ensure smooth workflow across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of operational tasks that fall outside the standard SSR review process
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve project issues that prevent progression through the pipeline
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely issue resolution and improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in solar operations, construction operations, project coordination, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple departments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
