Solar Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the successful onboarding and activation of partners, the full-time remote Solar Project Coordinator will oversee solar project orders, ensure timely documentation, and monitor project milestones while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor solar project orders from contract approval through all critical project milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of required documentation and project deliverables
• Proactively identify discrepancies, delays, or potential risks in project orders and escalate issues for prompt resolution

Required qualifications:

• College-level education preferred; high school graduate or college undergraduate may be considered with strong qualifications and relevant experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Aurora Solar is highly preferred
• Proven work experience as a Solar Project Coordinator or in a similar role managing solar projects from initiation to completion
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance principles to ensure projects meet industry standards
