Solar Solutions Design Manager

Job Summary

To support the expansion into the solar market, the full-time Solar Solutions Design Manager will act as a subject-matter expert on solar inspections and SaaS solutions, collaborating across teams to design and implement customer-focused solutions while ensuring high-quality service delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Join customer discovery and solution-design calls, providing technical expertise and shaping solution proposals
• Support customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and advising on best practices
• Translate customer needs into product requirements and operational processes, identifying gaps and proposing improvements

Required qualifications

• Deep technical understanding of utility-scale solar and experience with solar customers
• Hands-on experience in onboarding, implementation, or service delivery for solar technology solutions
• Strong ability to translate customer workflows into structured requirements for product and operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing clear documentation and training materials
• Self-starter capable of operating independently and collaborating across multiple teams
