Job Summary

A company is looking for a SolarWinds Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary SME for SolarWinds, including architecture, configuration, and optimization
Design, implement, and support core SolarWinds modules (NPM, NCM, SAM, NetFlow, etc.)
Improve monitoring accuracy, performance, and scalability across the enterprise

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with SolarWinds in an enterprise environment
Strong experience with Network Performance Monitor (NPM), Network Configuration Manager (NCM), and Server & Application Monitor (SAM)
Proven experience cleaning up and optimizing monitoring environments
Experience supporting large, distributed infrastructures
Experience with SolarWinds APIs, integrations, or automation
