Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solea Success Manager to drive customer success and revenue growth in a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets through selling support and maintenance renewal agreements
- Coordinate onboarding meetings, manage installation timelines, and oversee training logistics for new customers
- Monitor at-risk accounts, handle service escalations, and support ongoing customer enablement and education
Required Qualifications
- Experience in account management, sales, hospitality, customer success, or product training
- Dental experience or familiarity with dental practice workflows is a plus
- Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Microsoft Outlook applications
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Adherence to the company's core values and vision
