Solution Advisor Senior Specialist

Job Summary

Driving customer success and revenue growth, the full-time remote Solution Advisor Senior Specialist will engage customers early in the sales cycle, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and collaborate with clients to align SAP solutions with their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to align SAP solutions with their needs and advise account teams on strategic opportunities
• Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations, both pre-sales and post-sales, to secure business
• Collaborate with customers and partners to co-create a shared SAP vision, ensuring a world-class customer experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, with six years of relevant experience; or a Master's degree with four years of experience
• Four years of experience in client-facing presentations and sales of solutions for customer development
• Experience in software and integration development, as well as project management within the IT industry
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally for client engagements
