Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural solutions for new deals and major change requests, ensuring systems are scalable and reliable
• Enable delivery teams by providing optimal delivery solutions and frameworks while managing multiple projects
• Build competency and branding through training, developing proof of concepts, and mentoring team members

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in Data Science
• Proven ability to develop enterprise-wide architecture and provide technical leadership
• Experience in managing project risks and preparing mitigation plans
• Strong background in developing and maintaining enterprise frameworks
• Ability to mentor and manage team performance effectively
