Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Engagement Managers to validate scope for professional services engagements
• Understand clients' business processes and advise on best practices for integrating the platform
• Develop solution architecture designs, implementation plans, and project timelines aligned with client objectives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of solution engineering, consulting, or implementation experience with Enterprise SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with database design and governance best practices
• Experience in a professional services or consulting role for 3-4 years
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing customer demands effectively
• Collaborative team player comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with cross-functional teams
