Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical engagement for high-value and complex customer accounts
- Serve as the primary technical advisor during onboarding, implementation, and operations
- Design and validate technical solutions that align with customer objectives
Required Qualifications:
- US citizen based in the US
- 7+ years of customer-facing experience in security, operations, or technical account management
- Strong post-sales experience required
- Experience in enterprise architecture and solution design
- BS/MS degree preferred
