Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect to serve as a trusted advisor to clients and lead strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Guide customers in deploying emerging technologies to enhance business value
Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems
Review project direction and ensure solutions are maintainable and extendable

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
Experience with Salesforce Application Architect, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Knowledge of Salesforce CTI, Metadata framework, and integration frameworks (SOAP/REST)
Proficiency in LWC & Aura, VS Code, and Jenkins
Experience with App Exchange products and Service Max
