Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect (OCTO Scanning) to drive customer success and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between R&D and go-to-market teams, translating technical requirements and deployment needs
• Partner with field teams to design and troubleshoot complex customer deployments of the platform
• Diagnose and triage complex customer issues while maintaining a deep technical understanding of the architecture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Architect, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role
• Deep familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and securing workloads
• Strong experience with structured and unstructured data, including query optimization and data analysis
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
