Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Gathering business use cases and documenting product-based requirements with recommended solution designs
Educating customers and partners on product architecture, functional design, and best practices
Assisting with the technical delivery of solutions through coding or complex configuration

Required Qualifications

5-7+ years of experience in an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm; 3+ years in software implementation
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL
Experience with web technologies including XML, SPML/SOAP, and HTML
Familiarity with databases like Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, and MySQL
Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration
