Job Summary

Solution Architect, a full-time remote position responsible for leading technical solution development and proposal content for complex Civilian and DoD pursuits, ensuring clarity, compliance, and competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical solution development for complex Civilian and DoD proposals
• Produce and enforce clear, customer-focused proposal language aligned with evaluation criteria
• Analyze federal and DoD solicitations to identify solution requirements and competitive opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or Technical Proposal Development
• Proven experience authoring technical proposal responses for complex federal pursuits
• Strong understanding of federal and DoD acquisition processes and solicitation structures
• Experience developing technical approaches, BOEs, and staffing strategies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms
