Solution Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Solution Architect, the successful candidate will collaborate with engineering leaders to drive architectural decisions, build production-grade Proofs of Concept, and partner on AI strategy in a regulated crypto banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and facilitate the Architectural Advice Forum (AAF) to drive decentralized decision-making and capture architectural decisions as ADRs
• Build production-grade Proofs of Concept to validate architectural ideas and demonstrate best practices
• Partner with the CTO on AI strategy, identifying opportunities and helping engineering teams adopt AI responsibly

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in an Architect or equivalent senior role
• Deep experience designing and operating distributed, event-driven systems in production
• Hands-on experience with Domain-Driven Design and decentralised architectural governance
• Experience in regulated fintech, payments, or banking environments
• Strong perspective on modern AI/ML integration into engineering workflows and products
