Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Solution Architect will serve as the technical and strategic backbone for Sales and Customer Success, translating customer business challenges into actionable roadmaps using the Hirevue platform in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with executive-level stakeholders to redesign hiring processes that are efficient, fair, and data-driven
• Design and present ROI analyses that articulate the financial and cultural impact of investing in Hirevue
• Lead high-level demonstrations focusing on holistic business outcomes rather than just product features

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in HCM consulting with a strong understanding of the talent landscape
• Deep understanding of Software-as-a-Service delivery models and their integration into enterprise ecosystems
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, including HR directors and CTOs
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven storytelling
