Solution Architect

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Solution Architect for a permanent, fully remote role, who will take complete ownership of the core CRM ecosystem and enterprise integrations, focusing on high-level system design, standardizing operations, and driving down total cost of ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and scalable strategy for the primary Salesforce environment, ensuring secure and clean Apex and LWC code
• Build robust canonical data models using MuleSoft to connect the core CRM with enterprise financial and human capital platforms
• Architect the transition from legacy integrations to a modernized API-led connectivity model while presenting target-state architectures for compliance approvals

Required qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience as a Technical Solution Architect in a high-growth enterprise tech or SaaS organization
• Demonstrable expertise in Salesforce and MuleSoft or equivalent API-led integration platforms
• Proven background in operational excellence and standardizing multi-platform ecosystems
• Strong foundation in data modeling and governance for future AI and machine learning integrations
• Exceptional communication skills to defend technical decisions to executive leadership
