Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time remote Solution Architect will manage end-to-end solution design and implementation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and overseeing technical oversight through to production transition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects for existing clients and new customers, providing ongoing solution consulting and enhancement management
• Design scalable solutions that meet client requirements and maintain solution roadmaps for future enhancements
• Engage with clients using a consultative approach to guide solution strategy and execution while ensuring adherence to service level agreements

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical or architect roles
• Minimum 2 years of experience in database marketing, direct marketing, or interactive marketing environments
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an external client-facing environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience with change management procedures
