Solution Architect

Job Summary

To drive cross-functional projects and optimize the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP), the full-time salaried Solution Architect will coordinate solution planning, client optimizations, and AI initiatives within the Professional Services organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction for solutions during prospecting, contract negotiation, and delivery planning phases
• Oversee the solution planning process across multiple clients and contract phases
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to develop effective solution proposals and improve delivery processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 2-5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects in technology, consulting, or Professional Services environments
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid models)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Mortgage Cadence Loan Origination System applications
• Minimum of 3 years of Technical Implementation experience
