Solution Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Solution Architect will participate in business requirements sessions, convert business logic to technical platform design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement supply chain planning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Document and analyze business processes while identifying and collecting operational data from various sources
• Develop functional and technical designs, configure specifications in the o9 platform, and create complex datasets to address supply chain challenges
• Mentor junior analysts and deliver training to users, ensuring successful project execution and knowledge transfer

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related fields with at least 4 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 6 years of experience
• Experience in implementing supply chain planning solutions and familiarity with ERP tools
• Proficiency in statistical and optimization tools, programming languages (e.g., SQL), and data integration techniques
• Hands-on experience leading full lifecycle implementations of supply chain planning solutions
• Knowledge of agile methodologies for delivering large-scale enterprise implementations
