Solution Architect

Job Summary

To enhance HR technology integration and support scalable solutions, the full-time salaried Solution Architect II will independently design and implement technology solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business and HR requirements to design end-to-end technology solutions
• Own solution architecture for medium to large initiatives, including system configuration and integrations
• Provide architectural guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of experience in solution architecture, systems analysis, or enterprise application design
• Experience with enterprise HR systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, in an integrated environment
• Hands-on experience with system integrations (APIs and/or middleware)
• Experience supporting large-scale, distributed, or high-transaction environments
