Solution Architect

Job Summary

Operating remotely, the full-time Solution Architect will lead the implementation of Litify AI for clients in the legal sector, designing custom workflows on Salesforce and providing strategic guidance throughout the deployment process.

Key responsibilities

• Demo Litify AI capabilities to clients, tailoring presentations to specific legal workflows
• Lead discovery sessions to document client requirements and translate them into detailed solution designs
• Build and deploy custom AI agent workflows on the Salesforce platform, overseeing configuration from design through go-live

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with advanced mastery of Salesforce Flows and automation tools
• Proven capability to manage a technical workstream from requirements to delivery with minimal oversight
• Experience in a professional services, consulting, or client-facing implementation role
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based tools, prompt engineering, and agent orchestration frameworks
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security architecture, and platform capabilities
