Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support transformative implementations, the full-time Solution Architect will lead the design and delivery of scalable platform solutions for client engagements, translating complex requirements into effective workflows while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and configuration for client implementations, ensuring alignment with best practices and client needs
• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor on third-party risk management and procurement automation
• Contribute to the development of reusable solution accelerators and support continuous improvement of methodologies within the Professional Services team

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management, vendor management, procurement, or related fields
• 3+ years of hands-on implementation consulting experience delivering enterprise SaaS or workflow automation solutions
• Proficiency in configuring no-code/low-code workflow platforms and familiarity with integration patterns
• Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical concepts and business needs
