Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support a growing project delivery team, the full-time remote Solution Architect will lead the technical delivery of Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) solutions for enterprise customers, collaborating directly with clients to ensure successful outcomes and troubleshooting complex integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of PIAM solutions for enterprise customers
• Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and manage expectations
• Troubleshoot complex integrations involving SQL Server, Active Directory, and various access control platforms

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT with strong SQL skills and familiarity with Microsoft technologies
• Proven experience in integrating applications, databases, and enterprise systems
• Customer-focused with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
• Willingness to work US hours and collaborate with global teams
• Experience in managing technical scope, timelines, and deliverables
