Solution Architect

Job Summary

To support transformative implementations, the full-time Solution Architect will lead the design and delivery of scalable platform solutions for client third-party risk management, vendor management, and procurement processes while engaging with stakeholders remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design and technical documentation for Certa implementations, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices
• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions, acting as a trusted advisor on third-party risk management and procurement automation
• Contribute to practice development by creating reusable solution accelerators and staying current on industry trends

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management, vendor management, procurement, or related fields
• 3+ years of hands-on implementation consulting experience with enterprise SaaS or workflow automation solutions
• Proficiency with no-code/low-code workflow platforms and integration patterns such as REST APIs and SSO/SAML
• Strong experience in leading full-cycle implementations and facilitating client workshops
• Exceptional communication skills to bridge technical concepts and business needs effectively
