Solution Architect

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Solution Architect will engage with customers to transform their business challenges into sophisticated multi-dimensional models, design and build Pigment applications, and ensure customer self-sufficiency through training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Transform existing solutions and business problems into sophisticated models by understanding and documenting business requirements
• Design and build Pigment applications while leading user acceptance testing and deployment processes
• Act as a liaison between customer stakeholders and the product team to enhance product development and methodology

Required qualifications

• Exceptional skills in building complex systems and simplifying them for diverse stakeholders
• Experience working with unstructured data and structuring it for validation
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with empathy and dedication
• Fluency in English and French; additional European languages are a plus
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
