Solution Architect

Job Summary

Proactively engaging with customer technical decision-makers, the full-time remote Solution Architect will facilitate seamless onboarding and implementation of Insider One products while driving customer digital transformation through strategic planning and troubleshooting.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customer technical decision-makers to support their digital transformation and align solutions with business goals
• Run data workshops and manage pilots, proofs of concept, and deployments to ensure successful implementation
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with product and support teams to resolve blockers during implementation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative technical deployment projects and architecture of distributed applications
• Proven ability to build technical relationships with senior IT executives in strategic accounts
• Extensive experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures and architecture design
• Strong knowledge of development methodologies and technologies, including JavaScript, REST, and APIs
