Job Summary
Focusing on the architecture and governance of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, the full-time Solution Architect will lead initiatives for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform in a fully remote environment, ensuring operational excellence and compliance while partnering with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and governance for Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
- Define and implement governance frameworks for SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency
- Develop executive dashboards and reporting to monitor platform health, adoption, and governance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft platform architecture with 5+ years in Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions
- Experience supporting large enterprise environments with over 10,000 users
- Strong technical skills in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, and Microsoft 365 Administration
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide governance initiatives within complex global organizations
