Job Summary
Leading a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program, the full-time Solution Architect will manage cross-tower delivery across SAP, MES, PLM, and Kinaxis workstreams in a hybrid environment, ensuring end-to-end process integration and driving key business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end S/4HANA transformation program across SAP, MES, PLM, and Kinaxis workstreams
- Establish integrated program governance, roadmap, and cross-system architecture alignment
- Oversee delivery of SAP core functions, data migration, and integrations while ensuring strong governance on risks and KPIs
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience in S/4HANA transformation (Greenfield/Brownfield; ECC S/4 migration)
- Strong understanding of semiconductor or discrete manufacturing processes
- Proven experience integrating SAP with MES and PLM systems
- Hands-on experience with planning tools (Kinaxis or equivalent APS solutions)
- Expertise in cross-system integration, data migration, and end-to-end process design
