Job Summary
To support a growing project delivery team, the full-time remote Solution Architect will lead the technical delivery of Physical Identity and Access Management (PIAM) solutions, collaborate directly with enterprise clients, and troubleshoot complex integrations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery of PIAM solutions for enterprise customers
- Collaborate with client teams to gather requirements and manage expectations
- Troubleshoot complex integrations involving SQL Server, Active Directory, and various access control platforms
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT with strong SQL skills and familiarity with Microsoft technologies
- Experience in integrating applications, databases, and enterprise systems
- Ability to work US hours and collaborate with global teams
- Customer-focused with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively
- Experience managing technical scope, timelines, and deliverables
