Solution Architect

Job Summary

Driving client implementation processes, the full-time remote Solution Architect will manage projects from initiation to handoff, collaborating with operational leads to ensure a best-in-class client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation process, collaborating with the team to manage project plans and client expectations
• Conduct client discovery sessions, creating deliverables such as workflow diagrams and standard operating procedures
• Analyze client data to identify trends and create testing plans, while supporting post-go-live operations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in revenue cycle management operations, specifically in Accounts Receivable, Claims, or Payment Posting
• Experience with various client practice management systems for at least 2-3 years
• Advanced understanding of the implementation process and revenue cycle management
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to challenges
• Ability to communicate effectively with complex clients and adjust plans accordingly
