Job Summary
Leading the technical strategy for a set of named enterprise customers, the full-time remote Solution Architect will provide pre-sales technical support, develop customized solutions, and drive customer success through collaboration with sales and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Orchestrate the technical sales ecosystem to align with customer business drivers and transformation goals
- Develop and execute technical account plans that support both Red Hat's priorities and customer roadmaps
- Facilitate technical workshops and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the value of Red Hat's technologies
Required qualifications
- Deep enterprise IT expertise with experience in hybrid cloud environments
- Proven ability to architect and deliver scalable solutions for complex business challenges
- Experience leading cross-functional collaboration among technical teams
