Solution Architect
Job Summary
As a trusted technical consultant, the full-time remote Solution Architect will support customers in adopting the Pyramid platform by developing enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytical solutions, mentoring, and ensuring best practices are implemented effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in developing cloud or on-premise solutions for BI, advanced analytics, and data science
- Identify client future needs and collaborate with Customer Success Managers to create expansion and upsell activities
- Take ownership of projects and work with multi-disciplined teams, instilling trust and ensuring commercial objectives are met
Required qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, along with 5+ years of BI & Analytics experience
- Experience with business intelligence and analytical tools such as Pyramid, Tableau, or Power BI
- Demonstrated experience in designing and developing data-based solutions for analytics using technologies like SSAS, SAP BW/Hana, or Snowflake
- Familiarity with relevant programming languages, including SQL variants and MDX
- Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or the public sector is a plus
