Solution Architect - AI Infrastructure

Job Summary

Partnering with customers and engineering teams, the full-time remote Solution Architect - AI Infrastructure will design and translate complex AI and HPC infrastructure into practical, deployable solutions while leading technical pre-sales engagements and ensuring system performance in real-world conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex systems into real-world solutions by understanding customer environments and designing appropriate architectures
• Lead technical pre-sales engagements, guiding architecture discussions and building trust with customers
• Design solutions for imperfect environments, prioritizing resilience and performance while identifying risks early

Required qualifications

• Experience with distributed systems, infrastructure, or complex technical environments
• Ability to discuss system behavior, tradeoffs, and constraints with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of pre-sales processes focused on designing practical solutions
• Experience with AI, HPC, or GPU-based infrastructure is a plus
• Background in hybrid cloud, edge computing, or distributed environments preferred
