Solution Architect - AI Practice

Job Summary

To drive the growth of the Applied AI practice, the remote Solution Architect - AI Practice will manage the entire sales cycle, from sourcing opportunities to delivering technical discovery sessions and designing agent architectures, while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Source and develop opportunities, leading the sales cycle from initial conversation to signed engagement
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to identify automation opportunities and deliver tailored pre-sales presentations
• Design high-level agent architectures and collaborate with sales teams to respond to RFPs and draft proposals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years in a pre-sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting role with enterprise clients
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications and enterprise integration APIs
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and data platforms, as well as experience scoping technical work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and executive audiences
