Solution Architect II

Job Summary

Collaborating with customers to understand their business objectives, the full-time remote Solution Architect II will provide guidance on solutions, diagnose complex environments, and develop accurate scopes of work for proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Consults and recommends appropriate resources, solutions, and products for customers
• Diagnoses customer environments to create accurate Statements of Work (SOW) and Bills of Materials (BOM) for proposals
• Mentors team members and serves as an escalation point for stakeholders as needed

Required qualifications

• At least 15 years of relevant work experience
• Equivalent education or job knowledge to a college or university undergraduate degree
• Expertise in existing and emerging product/service offerings
• Strong understanding of client technology needs
• Experience in supporting internal teams with information and resources
