Solution Architect - Independent Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Architect - Independent Contractor for a remote position in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical planning, end-to-end architecture development, and design specifications for on-prem computing environments
• Apply infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques to design migration of data and workloads between on-premise and cloud-based distributed computing environments
• Provide technical leadership, establish application architecture, design and implementation on-prem environment, and implement Identity and Access Management and security features in the on-prem version of the application

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• 5+ years of .NET/ASP.NET development experience using C#
• Prior experience working on large scale web-based applications in an agile development environment
• Proficient understanding of database (MSSQL) and various technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, ASP.Net, MVC, Web Forms, .Net Core, Web Services, IIS Administration
• Experience in developing web applications on Microsoft Azure Cloud
