Solution Architect Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Solution Architects, the full-time remote Solution Architect Manager will provide architectural leadership and technical guidance across the CIO Technology portfolio, focusing on solution design, implementation roadmaps, and alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide architecture leadership by aligning solution decisions with business priorities and Enterprise Architecture direction
• Guide delivery teams through architecture decisions, technical dependencies, and implementation trade-offs
• Manage and develop a team of Solution Architects while ensuring compliance with architecture standards and cybersecurity policies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Application Architecture, or Solution Architecture
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams
• Demonstrated progression from engineering roles into architecture and leadership positions
• Experience in delivering complex technology initiatives in partnership with technology leaders and business stakeholders
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
