Key Responsibilities

• Align Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives with commercial strategy and compliance policies
• Provide technical ownership of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform, ensuring performance and integration
• Oversee campaign enablement, automation workflows, and customer journey configuration within Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience in IT or Marketing Technology
• At least 4 years of direct experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud in an enterprise environment
• Experience managing multi-brand/product Marketing Cloud environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, configuration, and automation
• Familiarity with data privacy, consent, and pharma marketing compliance frameworks
