Solution Architect - Observability

Job Summary

To enhance enterprise observability capabilities, the full-time Solution Architect - Observability will design and implement scalable observability architectures across microservices and AWS environments, collaborating with engineering teams in a hybrid work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Define the overall observability architecture vision and design end-to-end solutions
• Partner with engineering and product teams to create scalable observability architectures and enable self-service capabilities
• Establish observability standards and best practices while mentoring engineers across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of experience in platform engineering, SRE, DevOps, or solution architecture roles
• Proven experience designing large-scale observability architectures in production environments
• Expertise with modern observability platforms such as New Relic, Splunk, or Datadog
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures, preferably in AWS
