Solution Architect - Order Management

Job Summary

Designing and delivering scalable Order Management solutions, the full-time remote Solution Architect - Order Management will lead requirements gathering, architect Order-to-Cash processes, and ensure solution performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end Order Management solution architecture
• Lead requirements gathering, solution workshops, and architecture reviews
• Develop solution blueprints, integration designs, and technical documentation

Required qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, ERP, or related domains
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant on OM implementations
• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and Order Management platforms
• Experience with solutions such as SAP S/4HANA Sales, IBM Sterling Order Management, and Oracle Order Management Cloud
• Strong integration expertise using APIs, middleware, and cloud technologies
