Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Architect for ServiceNow
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover, design, and implement Nuvolo solutions using ServiceNow features
- Lead client workshops, process design, and analysis exercises
- Architect, develop, and maintain ServiceNow installations and upgrades
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience
- ServiceNow or equivalent certifications in IT Service Management and Application Development
- Experience with CMDB, Event Management, Service Mapping, Asset Management
- Custom scripting experience
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies and SDLC methodologies
